How is the saturation and stability of printed colors ensured?

We use a short ink path delivery system and high-precision anilox rollers that can transfer ink in precise quantities. Meanwhile, the ink supply and circulation system is carefully designed to provide ink for the printing process stably and ensure color saturation. How thick can it print? How is the printing effect on film type materials?

Our flexographic printing presses can accommodate a wide range of material thicknesses, from 0.02mm film to corrugated cardboard up to 10mm thick. For film materials, we precisely control parameters such as tension and printing pressure to ensure good ink adhesion and drying, resulting in bright colors and clear patterns.
